<p>It is quite understandable how this busy and chaotic orb that we live in imposes stress and pressure hard enough for us to forego meal plans and the like.  However, it is still up to us if we will own the situation or just surrender to it.  I bet 24 hours of my busy busy day that majority of us need to eat better food and get proper nutrition as a result of this status.</p>
<p>I believe that as long as we just organize our activities properly and commit ourselves to it, we can actually find a way to eat better and make this whole thing work.  There is no definite way on how to organize our time since we all have different needs and priorities but possibly just the basic tips will do.  Perhaps at least once a week we can spare a few hours on a weekend, sit down, contemplate and organize our meal plans.  If it helps, you can jot them down on a calendar or write it in a sheet of paper and stick it into the refrigerator door with a magnet along with some easy-to-make recipes.  Some people prefer to make it weekly plans.  For example, you can have the same menu for weeks 1 and 3 and the same menu for weeks 2 and 4 etc.</p>
<p>The important thing here is that you incorporate the right amount of meat, fruits, vegetables and the like into your meals.  As any dietician would say, unless you start setting up meal plans and start eating better, you will really have a hard time losing weight and staying healthy.  It’s all a matter of strategic organization.</p>

<p>Now the most common questions that stems through our mind starts with how to achieve that remarkable physique?  How do we build muscle correctly without the dangers of injury?  How do we build more strength and power without resorting to overexertion and fatigue?  How much more do we need to bench press to develop those pectorals and triceps?  What food do we avoid and what diet do we follow?  For how long do we have to keep it going?  Indeed, there are so many things to consider when you enter the world of body building.  A lifestyle change has to be done.</p>
<p>As a tip, it would be advisable to get into strength training.  In order to build muscle, one must also need to build more strength.  Without strength, no muscle will be made possible.  Keep in mind that proper form and correct execution is of utmost importance here.  Also, it is best to start with an empty bar then gradually add weights as you progress.  Another tip for body building is to support your main lifts with free weights.  However, dumbbells are more advisable than machines.  The good thing with dumbbells is that it gives you access to free movement.  With machines, you are forced to comply with its limitations forcing you into unnatural motions.  This makes you more prone to injury.</p>
<p>For the diet, one must gain weight.  This comes as nothing short common sense.  Have you ever seen a skinny body builder?  I don’t think so.  Eat more whole foods so that you will have lesser body fats thereby highlighting your muscles.  Never forego breakfast.  That’s the most important meal of the day.  And finally, load up on protein.  These are just some of the things to keep in mind when body building.  There are several other reminders that one must follow in order to achieve the targeted physique.  However, the most important thing to remember is to keep your eyes on the goal.  Without consistency and focus, all the tips in the world will be of no use.</p>

<p>Aside from its most basic function, which is to quickly take one’s self from point A to point B, running has several benefits.  People who run daily are proven to have better heart and lung power thus making them less prone to cardiovascular ailments.  Aside from this, running is also one way of preserving our youth.  Runners (both professionals and non professionals) are known to have better bone conditions than others.  Due to the constant exercise that the bones get from running, they stay strong and sturdy over the years.  For those who are trying to lose weight, brisk walking, jogging and running are surefire ways of burning those calories as well as getting a fit and toned body.  It also helps improve one’s coordination.  If you have been running for quite some time, you might notice that you are more alert, agile and sharper than the rest of your friends who don’t run.  Running gives one a certain kind of body awareness relative to one’s movements.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.eusa-taiwan.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/penny.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-200" title="penny" src="http://www.eusa-taiwan.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/penny.jpg" alt="" width="151" height="225" /></a>How often do we all fall into a financial crisis?  For majority of the population, I’d say most of the time.  Kidding aside, going bankrupt is one of the worst nightmares of all time.  Even if some may say that money is the root of all evil, without it our lives become very limited.  Even the mere activity of going on a job hunt becomes more difficult than it already is when one is not liquid and we are all aware of this.  This is why as early as now, we need to save money and set up investments.</p>
<p>Once you have started some mind conditioning, act on it immediately.  Cut back on all unnecessary expenses.  Look into what you consider are luxuries and try to strip them down to the bare necessities if possible.  I’m not saying that you need to suffer and live the life of a pauper just because you want to save money and setup investments.  Do pamper yourself from time to time but at least take it down a note or two.  Perhaps instead of dining out several times in a week you can limit it to Saturday or Sunday nights only.</p>
<p>You can also improvise by spicing things up a bit in the kitchen. Another thing you might also want to look into is the amount you put in on groceries (needs vs. wants), the utilities (you can look into getting a bundled package with the internet, cable and TV), the car (gas and maintenance), credit cards (do you really need to have five?), the gym (jogging and home videos work just as well as long as you have dedication) and so much more.  Look into all areas and see where you can do away with a dollar or so.</p>
<p>As we all know, trying to save money is not an easy task.  It’s actually more difficult than it sounds to the point where I myself consider it an art.  Setting your mind to spend less and bank on investments takes serious commitment, discipline and willpower.  As for your investments, there are several options to choose from like bonds, annuities, stocks, mutual funds, real estate and the like.  Before going into any of these though, it is always best that you see a professional first to get the best possible advice/strategy that would work for you and the industry that you will be investing on.</p>

<p>When I finally got home after the spin class, I immediately plopped myself in front of the computer and eagerly logged into the internet as if anticipating to find a treasure of gold anytime soon.  I typed “African Mango extract” into Google’s search box and came up with over four million results for African mango, most of which were linked to weight loss.  Cool! I was on to something here.</p>

<p>The African mango extracts and the fruit itself is known to be responsible for several health benefits as well as weight loss.  In terms of losing weight, it aids in speeding up our metabolism, hence burning away those unwanted fats.  Seeds of the African mango also contain fiber that produces a laxative which curbs out appetite.  This is why several people have adapted the African mango diet.</p>

<p>Another popular method for weight loss is exercise.  The great thing with exercise is you can have fun at the same time.  In this way, trying to lose weight (or maintain it, whatever the case may be) will not feel as if you’re exerting a whole lot of effort at all.  You can have your pick.  You can go to the gym, enroll to spin class, do yoga, take up kickboxing or maybe play badminton or tennis with a colleague from time to time.  If you are an outdoorsy type of person, you can go biking, jogging, etc.  There are so many forms of exercise to choose from.  The important thing here, as with dieting, is that you stick with it.  Without consistency, hard work and perseverance, all the effort you put into exercising will just end up with futile results.</p>
